Mark as Useful Merchant Capital robocalls us repeatedly to try sell us some business grant nonsense and I keep asking them to stop calling us and ask to be taken off their calling list, but they get rude and argue with me telling me that they can keep calling me as long as they want.

Mark as Useful I recently reported them to the FTC and my State's Attorney's Office, Fraud division. This company outright refuses to send anything in writing and are violating the Fair Debt Collections act. Hopefully they will be shut down soon

Mark as Useful Said he came from mexico, requested directions to get to SD, California. After a while the call sounded suspicious. The caller was in a situation where he was unedr juriusdiction for carrying an illegeal gun. For the reason staed above, the "authority" said he needed our info.
